Bryan Haynes, Agustin Rodriguez and Michael Jordan of the Troutman Pepper Locke Tobacco + Nicotine team will attend the Next Generation Nicotine Delivery Conference in Miami, Florida next week.

This conference will address ongoing changes at the Food and Drug Administration Center for Tobacco Products, legal updates, tax issues, product innovation and consumer trends, and will include keynote presentations, panel discussions, roundtable discussions and networking sessions.

Agustin will moderate a panel entitled “Navigating the Future of Next Generation Nicotine,” and Bryan and Agustin will be discussing 2025 Trends in Federal, State and Local Government Enforcement, including the increasing role of state Attorneys General and federal enforcement actions.
